1. Refund Policy

1.1. Digital Products (e.g., Journals, Guides)

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases of digital products are non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the membership until the end of your current billing cycle.

1.3. Online Courses (e.g., The Total Transformation Blueprint)

  • Refunds:
    • Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded more than 20% of the course content.

  • After 14 days or exceeding the 20% content access limit, no refunds will be issued.

1.4. Coaching Services (e.g., Group or 1:1 Coaching)

  • Group Coaching Programs:
    • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not attended any live sessions or accessed substantial program materials.
    • After 14 days or if you have participated in a session, no refunds will be provided.
  • 1:1 Coaching Packages:
    • Refunds are not available for unused sessions once coaching has begun.
    • If you need to reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Memberships

  • You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

2.2. Coaching Services

  • Rescheduling: To reschedule a session, email us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellation of Packages: If you choose to cancel your coaching package before it begins, a partial refund may be available, minus any administrative fees and time spent on initial preparation.

2.3. Courses and Programs

  • Group and self-paced course cancellations follow the refund terms outlined above.

3. Special Circumstances
