Meditation Reset is a gentle 21 day course created to help you slow down, quiet the pressure in your mind and build a simple meditation practice that actually feels possible for your real life. This course is for the person who has tried meditation before and thought, “I can’t do this, my mind is too busy.” It is for the person who struggles to sit still, feels restless when things go quiet, gets distracted easily or assumes they are doing meditation wrong because their thoughts do not magically disappear. Inside Meditation Reset, you are not learning how to force your mind into silence. You are learning how to notice what is happening inside you and gently come back to yourself, one breath at a time. This course takes meditation back to basics in a way that feels calm, human and easy to follow. You will start with short, simple practices that help you understand what meditation actually is, how to use your breath as an anchor, what to do when your mind keeps talking and how to create a feeling of safety before you practise. As the course continues, you will move into body awareness, emotional awareness, self compassion, mantra, open eye meditation, future self connection and identity based meditation. This means you are not just learning how to sit still, you are learning how to build a deeper relationship with yourself. This is not about becoming perfectly peaceful overnight. It is about creating tiny moments of consistency that help your body feel safer, your mind feel clearer and your inner world feel more supportive. By the end of the 21 days, you will understand that meditation is not about having no thoughts. It is about noticing and returning. You will have explored different styles of meditation and created your own personal practice, so you can keep using it when life feels busy, emotional or overwhelming.
