Additional terms may apply to specific offers, payment plans or client agreements. If there is any conflict, the more specific terms for that offer will apply. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your core statutory consumer rights under UK law.

2. Eligibility and our offers

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase paid offers from Manifest with Claire unless a specific offer states otherwise and has parental consent. By purchasing, you confirm your information is accurate.

We offer a range of products including:

  • Digital downloads and evergreen courses

  • Audio resources such as meditations and hypnosis

  • Personalised written reports and readings

  • Private mentorship and coaching services

 

We reserve the right to update or change offers at any time, but this will not affect purchases already confirmed.

 

3. Disclaimers and results

No guaranteed results Manifest with Claire provides educational and coaching based content. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, income level, manifestation outcome or personal transformation. Results vary depending on your own choices, consistency and factors outside our control.

4. Purchasing and payment

A contract is formed when your order is accepted and payment is processed. Payment may be made in full or by instalments where a plan is offered. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make all payments on time. Failure to do so may result in suspended access. You must not make any chargeback or dispute without contacting us in good faith first.

5. Digital content and cancellation rights

Many offers are digital products. You are responsible for ensuring you have the technical capability to access these.

Cooling off rights If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. However, for digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once supply begins if you expressly agree to immediate access and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right.

Refunds Because many offers are instantly accessible or personalised, refunds are not usually offered unless the law gives you a specific right or we agree otherwise in writing. Personalised work is generally non refundable once work has started.

 

6. 1:1 mentorship and coaching

For private mentorship, the specific structure will be described on the sales page or agreement. This includes boundaries around contact times and communication methods.

  • There is no guarantee of live or emergency support.

  • Support is limited to the purchaser and cannot be transferred.

  • This is not a substitute for therapy or crisis support.

  • We may end the service early without refund if behaviour is abusive or repeatedly breaches boundaries.

 

7. Intellectual property

All content provided remains the intellectual property of Manifest with Claire. You are granted a limited, personal licence for your own use. You must not copy, share, sell, record or teach from our materials without written permission. You must not share your login details or downloads with any other person.

8. Conduct and website use

If you join a group space or community, you must behave respectfully. Harassment, spamming or sharing private information about others is not permitted. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a group space if their behaviour is harmful.

You agree to use this website lawfully and must not attempt to gain unauthorised access or introduce malicious code.

9. Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifest with Claire will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control such as internet failure or platform outages.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
