Terms and Conditions & Service Agreement for The Total Transformation Blueprint (Pay in 12)

This Agreement is made between Manifest with Claire, a business registered in the United Kingdom ("we," "us," or "our"), and the purchaser of The Total Transformation Blueprint program ("you" or "Participant"). By completing your first payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

1.1 The Total Transformation Blueprint
This is a self-paced, lifetime-access program designed to provide tools, techniques, and guidance to support your personal growth and manifestation journey.

1.2 Pay in 12 Offer
Participants choosing the pay-in-12 option agree to pay the total program fee of £660 in 12 monthly installments of £55 each.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Structure
You agree to make 12 consecutive monthly payments of £55, starting on the date of enrollment.

2.2 Commitment to Full Payment
By enrolling in the program under the pay-in-12 plan, you commit to completing all 12 payments. Early termination does not waive your obligation to pay the full program fee.

2.3 Access Activation
Access to the program is granted immediately after the first payment is processed.

2.4 Late or Missed Payments
If a payment is declined or missed:

You will be notified via email to update your payment method.
Program access may be paused until the payment is resolved.

3. Program Access

3.1 Lifetime Access
Participants receive lifetime access to the program materials, including all modules, tools, and updates, as long as all 12 payments are completed.

3.2 Suspension for Non-Payment
If payments are not completed as agreed, access to the program and community will be revoked until the account is brought up to date.

3.3 Personal Use Only
Program materials are for the personal use of the participant only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to all materials, all payments are non-refundable.

5. Coaching Session Bonus

5.1 Eligibility
Participants who complete all 12 payments will be eligible for the 1:1 coaching session bonus.

5.2 Scheduling
Instructions for scheduling the session will be provided upon completion of all payments.

5.3 Session Validity
The coaching session must be scheduled within 90 days of receiving the bonus instructions. If not scheduled within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.4 Non-Transferable
The coaching session bonus is non-transferable and can only be used by the participant.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership
All program materials, including videos, documents, templates, and tools, are the intellectual property of Manifest with Claire.

6.2 Prohibited Use
Participants agree not to copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any program content without prior written consent.

7. Participant Responsibilities

7.1 Commitment
Participants are responsible for completing the program at their own pace and applying the tools and techniques provided.

7.2 Community Conduct
If applicable, participants engaging in the program’s community spaces must interact respectfully. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the community without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Guarantees
While the program provides tools and guidance for transformation, results depend on the participant’s efforts and commitment. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

8.2 Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the program.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
