Online Course Checkout Service Agreement

1. Introduction

This Checkout Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between TLEC Ltd. ("Company"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, and the individual purchasing the "Happily Ever After" online course ("Customer"). By purchasing the course, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Course Description

3. Payment

The course fee is £111, payable in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through the Company's online payment system. The Customer will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.

4. Access to Course

Upon receipt of payment, the Customer will be granted access to the course materials. Access details will be provided via email within 24 hours of purchase. The course materials will be accessible online through the TLEC Ltd. learning platform.

5. Refund Policy

The Customer may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the course, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds if the above conditions are not met.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by TLEC Ltd. are the intellectual property of the Company. The Customer is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal use only. The Customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Data Protection

TLEC Ltd. will process the Customer's personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations. 8. Limitation of Liability

TLEC Ltd. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the course materials. The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the course.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
